This episode starts with a short summary of the previous episode.
It seems the demon has made an inverted version of Allen; and he even has his weapon, with which he easily beats the real Allen.
Later, we also get to know from Kanda what the Level 2 demon is. Furthermore, he wants to kill the Ghost to get the Innocence within it, much to the despair of the little girl accompanying him. After that, he explains that he is a doll, and the true nature behind it.
The girl however, stops Kanda from escaping, and suggests they hide. Also, he finds out from the Finder Toma what the demon’s true power is. Also, he destroys Timcanpy, and arrives in front of Toma after that. Meanwhile, the Ghost and the girl had escaped, whilst Allen wakes up, and he was lucky enough that the demon thought he was dead, while he was not. When Toma returns, he shows Kanda what had happened through Timcanpy, who had revived, whilst the Ghost is getting further away, and they find a nice little place.
Also, Kanda and Tome discovers that there is a difference between the demon and the original; and therefore one can separate the copy from the real. When they leave the building, they find a reversed Allen, and Kanda prepares to kill him, but then the real Allen stops him, and they find out that it was Toma, who just looked like the demon; whilst the Toma that Kanda thought was real was in fact the demon.
The demon nearly kills Kanda, but then Allen launches a surprise attack on the demon, and they manage to escape. We also see the Ghost and the girl that’s with him, but she reveals that she, in fact, is not human, and rather the real Ghost of Martel, whilst the other person was just an old man named Guzol. Lala, the doll and also the Ghost, sings a song for him whilst he sleeps. Allen however, finds a secret doorway leading underground, and they all escape through there, avoiding the demon. When they come down, they find Lala and Guzol, and they find out who’s who.
