The episode starts with a short summary of the previous episode.
The Ghost attacks Allen because he has found out, in anger. However, Allen easily stops her, and they come to a truce. Lala then explains that Guzol will die soon, and that she wants to take care of him until he dies, but then she can give them her heart. She also tells the story of the Dolls, and how she met Guzol and how they became friends.
However, Kanda doesn’t want that, and rather wants to take the Innocence in the Doll’s heart right away, so that they can get away. Allen stops him though, and he tells us a bit about himself.Then, the demon comes, and takes the Innocence from Lala’s heart, killing her. This caused Allen to get so angry that his weapon changed to a new form; a gun, as well as a sword. This gives the demon a big surprise, however, it doesn’t kill him, as he had turned into sand.
And then the demon turns into sand and swallows Allen in his “stomach”, and stabs himself to kill Allen. However, Allen shoots from inside of it, and manages do get out.
Allen nearly overwhelms the demon after this, but only with the help of Kanda does he manage to defeat the demon.
After the battle, he puts the heart into Lala again, reviving her, although she doesn’t remember anything. However, she and Guzol spend his lat days in happiness before Guzol finally removes Lala’s heart and dies.
